Every Luxhan Beauty product is handmade. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Because our lipsticks, candles and beauty products are handmade personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email Martine@LuxhanBeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send you a replacement at no cost.
